The Workshop Ellipsometry of the „Arbeitskreis Ellipsometrie AKE – Paul Drude e. V.“ supports the scientific and technical understanding of optical metrology, in particular of ellipsometry. It provides a platform for the dissemination of new scientific results and experience on the named areas.
